REFUND POLICY
 

RETURNS

      Timber once sold - we can’t offer you a refund, return or exchange. If customer paid any advance payment and the goods are not delivered within given period of time and if customer want to cancel the order, then the amount paid by customer will be returned to them by Cheque/NEFT/RTGS. Being Timber a natural product we cannot give guarantee or warranty, we allow our customer to check each and every pieces of timber they buy from us before delivery of product, it may get bend or get cracks in future if is not properly stacked or stored at their place.

Non Cancelable Items (ordered but not delivered)

     ●     Laminate Sheets

     ●     Doors

     ●     Non Regular sizes of timber

 EXCHANGE

      However other items such as, Plywood, Doors, Laminates, etc.. will be replaced if there is any manufacturing defects (we require a receipt or proof of purchase). Transportation, mishandling damages will not be entertained at any cost. Depending on where you live and availability of exchange product, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted Such as If Exchange item is not available only this amount will be refunded.
