      At Kailash Timber we have customized pricing according to the products, services rendered by us. The details of products, price and delivery time is provided to our customers at the time of placing their orders to us.

PRICE MATCHING

      At Kailash Timber we are committed to offering our customer the best possible prices. We will be glad to meet our competitor's pricing if our customer ever find an item that we offer, in the same quality, available from a similar retailer.

SALE ADJUSTMENT

      If an item our customer have purchased have any manufacturing defects it will be replaced (or) in case of non availability of stock amount will be refunded as per our refund policy (or) if our customer wish to adjust the same amount to purchase any other items from us the amount will be adjusted against that item.

PRICING ERRORS

      Despite our efforts, calculation and pricing errors may occur. We work hard to ensure the accuracy of calculations and pricing. In case of any error found in future it will be adjusted by making refund or will be collected from our customers vice versa as the error is.

SHOPPING CART

      As we don't sell our items online. Our Customers comes to our premises, place their order by paying advance amount and their orders are processed as per the time given by us, they will be asked to come to our premises at the time of delivery of their products they can check the products physically for any damage or manufacturing defects if any before delivery by paying the balance payment.
